I like the way she grasp the concentration of my 3.5 years old son, who has a problem to speak. Within a week he able to built 1 & 2 sentences. Therapist should be generous enough to understand the problems parents face while getting their ward to them.if there is delay in reaching there,the staff from the reception to the doctor don't pay heed to problems but insist on coming other day due to late arrival. The reception team should also be advised to talk politely inspite of talking harsh.
